The only tourist guide for persons with restricted physical ability
In collaboration with Ulysse Travel Guides, Kéroul is today launching the 7th edition of its tourist directory Le Québec accessible. This publication and its companion the Accessible Road brochure are ideal guidebooks for persons with limited physical ability who want to vacation or go on short excursions in Quebec.
Thanks to their past success, we now have the great pleasure of offering you new editions of these indispensable tourist guides. These publications are perfect examples of the work being done by Kéroul. “Our organization has been developing and maintaining fruitful relations with people active in associative, tourist, cultural, and governmental circles, with the objective of making Quebec the accessible destination par excellence”, explains André Leclerc, Kéroul’s managing director and founder.
The tourist directory Le Québec accessible lists 1,000 establishments and tourist sites in Quebec which have been evaluated and rated according to the criteria of Kéroul's scale of accessibility. Museums, historical sites, theatres, cinemas, hotels and bed-and-breakfast spots are a few examples of the establishments and places presented in the guide. In this one guidebook you will find all of the adapted or partially accessible tourist and cultural establishments available to persons with limited physical ability in Quebec. And this guidebook, with its spiral binding and user friendly layout, makes it easy to flip open for just a quick glance.
In these new editions, the tourist symbols and pictograms are highlighted to help the reader see at a glance the types of accessible recreational and cultural activities offered by the establishments and tourist spots listed. And the tourist directory Le Québec accessible contains information on the adapted transportation and orthopedic services offered in Quebec.

These persons work, travel, participate actively in and also enrich the socioeconomic life of Quebec. In economic terms, this represents significant spin-offs for the tourist industry.
