Looking for a travel agent ?

Since 2008, Kéroul has provided Welcoming Ways training for travel agents. The course is taught by instructors Isabelle Ducharme and Tina Mintz, both of whom have a disability and first-hand experience in world travel. Course participants learn about the needs of people with disabilities and how to meet them. To learn more about services available to people with a disability, travel agents who have completed this training session have also attended presentations by major transportation organizations, including the Association des propriétaires d'autobus du Québec, VIA Rail, Transat Holidays, Carnival and Aéroports de Montréal.
