Note:
Kéroul's recommendations are aimed at improving the experience of visitors with disabilities. Although they tend to exceed the minimum standards, they do not actually verify the compliance of infrastructure/facilities with all the applicable regulations and codes. As stipulated in the Building Act, designers and contractors remain responsible for ensuring that plans and construction works comply with current codes and standards, and are therefore also responsible for the solutions that are proposed and implemented.
