Certification process

Obtaining a Kéroul certification is a simple, efficient process:

1. Contact Kéroul to make an appointment.

2. Choose which kind of evaluation you would like:

  • Site visit and certification: A Kéroul representative visits your establishment, assesses its accessibility according to specific criteria and assigns an official rating that will be published on various tourism platforms.
  • Recommendation report: In addition to the certification, you can choose to receive a detailed report identifying any existing obstacles and suggesting ways to improve your facility's accessibility.

3. Receive your certification, which is valid for 5 years.

Processing time and cost of certification

The time required to receive a certification varies according to evaluator availability and the location of your facility.

Prices include travel, site visit, data acquisition, photos, accessibility rating, online publication and promotion. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the site.
