Description

Visits to La Citadelle's outdoor site are accompanied by a guide. In winter and spring, the visit is not recommended for wheelchair users (snow-covered or uneven surface in some places).
An LSQ interpreter is available for deaf and hard-of-hearing groups. Contact the ticket office directly.
Information leaflets translated into several languages are available at the ticket office.
CAL card accepted.

The main entrance to the ticket office is not accessible. Visitors in wheelchairs must therefore identify themselves at the guard post. Staff will show you the way to the accessible entrance (boutique).
