        • The outdoor portion of the Festival de cinéma de la ville de Québec takes place in the carré d'Youville. The ground here is made up of cobblestones, and may be slightly irregular in places. At the time of our visit, there were no plans on site. Films in languages other than French are subtitled.

                    • The reserved area on site is an elevated section of the Youville Square stairs. To get there, walk around the back of the stage, then up the slight incline that leads to this area. At the time of our visit, there was a regular wire guard (20% incline) in the path leading to the reserved area.

                            The Festival du cinéma de la ville de Québec is an event that brings together a wide variety of films for all to enjoy. The event brings together several venues.
                            This fact sheet covers the festivities at Place d'Youville. This venue is also known as “Le Coeur du FCVQ - Desjardins”.
