Description
The Old Saint-Jérôme Train Station is a historic building that was part of a former passenger and freight train service connecting Montreal to Mont-Laurier. The building, which now belongs to the city, is used as a multifunctional center that can accommodate approximately 100 people: exhibition hall, press conference, multitasking meeting, private groups, etc.
The outdoor space adjacent to the Old Saint-Jérôme Train Station, known as Place de la Gare, is home not only to the historic building, but also to the KM 0 (zero) starting point of Le P'tit Train du Nord Linear Park (www.ptittraindunord.com/en), as well as the Saint-Jérôme Public Market (www.marchespublicsduquebec.ca/marches-publics/marche-public-de-saint-jerome).
Throughout the year, the City of Saint-Jérôme organizes a variety of cultural and recreational events at Place de la Gare. Stay tuned for recreational and cultural activities on the city's website: www.vsj.ca/loisirs.
