Description

A jewel of Laval's heritage, the Sainte-Rose-de-Lima Catholic Church was built between 1852 and 1856 according to plans by renowned Montreal architect Victor Bourgeau.
In 1974, Quebec’s Department of Cultural Affairs designated the church as cultural property thanks for the beauty of its structure, the richness of its furniture, its high altar and the two wooden statuettes created by Philippe Liébert.
