Additional information
- People wishing to reserve equipment must contact the management of Mont-Vidéo, who will put them in touch with the regional adaptive ski association. Equipment loans and lessons are free of charge and available by reservation, with or without instruction depending on the participant’s skill level.
- Available equipment includes two tandemski, five sit-skis, stabilos, as well as helmets, goggles, blankets, and other accessories. Six certified instructors are available to work with various client groups (people with physical disabilities, people who are blind or have low vision, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and neurodivergent individuals). Upon arrival, participants can meet their instructor at the cafeteria or directly in the parking lot if they are unable to access the cafeteria.

Description
Located in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Mont-Vidéo ski resort offers facilities that support inclusive skiing. Adaptive ski equipment and lessons are available free of charge. For more information, please refer to the Ski Station sheet below. The resort presents a few accessibility challenges: the doors of the main chalet and the access to the slopes have thresholds ranging from 3 to 4 cm, and the path leading to the chairlift has a slope of 23%.
