Description
The crossing takes approximately 12 minutes and boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis, with no priority for vehicles. Both stations are equipped with accessible restrooms. On board, some areas have accessibility limitations. The observation deck is not accessible on either ship, and the entrance to the passenger lounge, which leads to the restroom, has several obstacles, including door thresholds and steep ramps.
However, crew members can provide assistance during boarding or when moving around on board. It is therefore important to announce your arrival before boarding and indicate your needs to the dock attendants during the summer or to the mooring attendant. However, announcing your arrival does not guarantee priority boarding.
