• Unitours buses are equipped with an access ramp for wheelchair users. The ramp has a non-slip surface and 8cm-high edges. The ramp is 76 cm wide, with contrasting stripes. The bus door is 100 cm wide.

• Unitours has two bus models, which are very similar but have some differences.

• The most common model for hop-on hop-off tours is the classic red double-decker bus. This bus has two spaces with a floor-mounted restraint system for wheelchair users. Nearby, there are four priority seats that can be used by people with disabilities, seniors, or their companions.

• The steps to the second floor are 8 inches deep and the risers are 9.25 inches high. Each step is marked with a contrasting color strip. There is a continuous handrail along the entire length of the stairs.

• The second bus model is more commonly used for one-hour tours without disembarking, but can also be used for hop-on hop-off tours during the high season. It has one seat with a floor-mounted restraint system. Generally, the accompanying person sits in the row next to it.

• The steps to access the second floor of this bus are 25.5 cm deep and the risers are 26 cm high. Each step is marked with a contrasting color strip. The handrail on this staircase is not continuous.
