The section of the Cascades trail leading to the suspension bridge provides access to four trail entrances, three lookouts, and the washroom facilities. The trail is made of packed earth, rock dust, and gravel. The ground is uneven and often unstable, with frequent large rocks, roots, and steps. The slopes are steep and can reach up to 25%, depending on the section and access to the lookouts.

The section of the Chemin des Cascades trail leading to the suspension bridge includes several sections with steep slopes of up to 25%, as well as various obstacles such as steps, roots, and rocks. None of the lookouts are accessible due to the presence of steps or thresholds, and several entrances to the trail are inaccessible due to cement blocks restricting passage.
Adapted equipment can be borrowed free of charge from the ARLPHL de Lanaudière. Requests can be made through the municipality or directly by visitors at the following address:
https://arlphlanaudiere.org/equipements/
The site does not have any adapted picnic tables, and the dry toilets have steps or thresholds and no grab bars.
