Description
Located on the coast, between the St. Lawrence River estuary and the foothills of the Chic-Chocs, the distillery offers a breathtaking view of the Gaspesia landscape. Cap-Chat Distillery crafts its gins using natural wildflowers, plants, spices, and herbs, most of which are harvested locally in the Gaspesia Peninsula. The color pigments are natural and plant-based.
