Access for all means that 21% of the Quebec population and 27% of the Canadian population reporting a disability (Health Canada, 2023) can enjoy the hospitality of Quebec's tourist and cultural venues and events. Families with young children, the elderly and people recovering from surgery are among the other beneficiaries of venues that facilitate inclusive access.
